Private Sessions

Private yoga classes are a safe and easy way to invest in your health and well-being without the added pressure of a group setting. Private sessions are great if you:

Each class is usually an hour long, and is dedicated to your needs and lifestyle. 

It can be held at a place of your choice and at a time that fits your schedule.

£20 per hour (+ Fuel Costs if coming to you)

Beginner's Yoga

A SIX Week Course

This course will introduce you to the various elements of a yoga practice, giving you the tools to continue confidently in your yoga journey.

Each class will focus on the holistic nature of yoga, including the asanas (postures), pranayama + kriya (breathwork), and a brief introduction to yogic philosophy.

Perfect for complete beginners or those who are seeking a return to their practice.

Course Outline

  • an introduction to yoga, its history + lineage, followed by the benefits of a daily practice.
  • an introduction to some simple breath practices, along with some basic asanas.
  • a recap of the last week's practices.
  • further introduction to more pranayama.
  • begin to look at standing asanas.
  • a recap of week 1 & 2. 
  • an introduction to kriya.
  • focus on basic seated asanas.
  • recap of previous weeks. 
  • further introduction to kriya.
  • an introduction to supine/restorative asanas.
  • recap of previous weeks. 
  • further introduction to kriya.
  • an introduction to the sun salutations (Traditional, A & B) 
  • an introduction to a flow structure to our yoga practice here.
  • begins with bringing everything together into sequence.
  • an introduction to 'Kriya Sets' and setting up a personal practice at home.
  • finally finish with a short yoga nidra/guided meditation/savasana.

An hour’s flow of movement, breath practices and meditation that allows us to turn inwards. With each class, I wish to create a beautiful space for each of us to dismiss any negative or stressful thoughts about ourselves and promote love, joy and confidence.

 

Accessible for everyone, no matter where you are in your practice.
