Beginner's Yoga

A Six-Week Course

This course will introduce you to the various elements of a yoga practice, giving you the tools to continue confidently in your yoga journey.

Each class will focus on the holistic nature of yoga, including the asanas (postures), pranayama + kriya (breathwork), and a brief introduction to yogic philosophy.

Perfect for complete beginners or those who are seeking a return to their practice.

Private Sessions

A practice just for you, designed around your needs, abilities and your schedule.

Every Body Yoga

A Body-positive yoga, meditation and breathwork class. Designed to nourish and balance the mind, body and soul.
