Your Teacher

Namaste!

I am Natalie, a RYT-500 hour yoga teacher trained in an integrative yoga practice called Sattva Yoga, descended from Himalayan yogic traditions.

After discovering yoga in 2017 on my travels, I have been practicing ever since. My journey has taken me to the birthplace of yoga in Northern India, where I completed my teacher training with Sattva Yoga Academy.

It was there where I discovered that Yoga is for absolutely everyone. Having had my fair share of struggles with my body, yoga has helped me to rediscover love and acceptance for my body and help heal past body image related trauma.

So, in short, I want to show everybody how yoga can do the same for them. Body positivity and fat acceptance are very close to my heart, and, as a result, play a very important part in how I practice.

When I’m not on the mat, you can find me exploring the beautiful countryside of Devon. If there’s bad weather, I bury my nose in a book or put on some tunes. You might also see me in the kitchen rustling up some yummy veggie delights.

Body Kind Yoga was created as a community where I hope to inspire you to begin your own path of yoga, no matter who you are.

There is no judgement, only support, love and above all, kindness.

Through the practice of Sattva Yoga, I aspire to guide you in letting go of any self-sabotaging practices. Most importantly, I help you to see the masterpiece you truly are, no matter what.
